Fremont Reiki Circle -- in-person!

Come experience the energy of Reiki!

After 4 years of Zoom circles, in-person Reiki is returning to Fremont!  Reiki is a healing art that uses universal life energy to relax, reduce stress, revitalize and enhance a person’s own natural healing abilities. This is an opportunity to give and receive Reiki sessions in a supportive group setting. Cedar, Jennifer, and Jeff welcome those curious about Reiki, as well as experienced practitioners.

The circles will be hosted by one or more of the following practitioners: 

Cedar Hyde is a Usui Reiki Master. She is also a Shaman in the tradition of the Andean mystics.

Jeff Winter is a Usui Reiki Master. He is also a sound healer using antique bronze Himalayan singing bowls.

Jennifer Spofford is a Usui Reiki 3 practitioner, a Phoenix Rising trained yoga therapist and a trauma-informed yoga teacher.

Suggested donation: $10 per person - pay in person.
